Application Checklist
All collectives submit one application form, completed by the collective owner/leader. The application includes information about the overall collective as well as details for each participating member. This helps our jury understand your group, your vision, and the work of every member, all in one place. Show off your personality and attention to detail!
Here's what to submit:
COLLECTIVE BIOGRAPHY
- Tell us about your collective, what inspires its members, and any relevant education, training, or experience at other shows.
BOOTH DESIGN
- Include a photo, sketch, inspiration board or rendering of your booth display. Your design should include plans for signage, lighting, and merchandising. Your plans should also consider how your booth will tell your collective's story. Not Sure Where to Start? Read more about booth design considerations below.
DETAILS FOR EACH COLLECTIVE MEMBER
For each participating artist, provide the following information as part of the same application:
- Contact Info – Name, company/exhibiting name, email, and website or social media.
- Product & Price List – List all items each member plans to sell and their price ranges.
- Product Images – Submit 5-10 well-lit photos representing each type of work. These introduce each member’s work to the jury and may be used for marketing if accepted.

Booth Design Considerations
At One Of A Kind, your success is our priority—and a well-designed booth is one of the best ways to draw in customers and drive sales. Your booth should showcase your brand and serve as a strong sales tool.
Each participating artist in a collective should be clearly represented within the booth, and this should be reflected in your booth design.
To help you make the most of your space, please note that handwritten signs and grid walls are not permitted.

Acceptance Criteria
- Each Artist Designs Their Work
Each artist must be the designer and actively involved in making their products. We welcome all types of makers–from traditional to tech-driven. Production criteria vary by category, so each application is reviewed case by case. - Each Artist Resides and Produces Their Work in Canada
To support the local creative economy, all products sold must be made in Canada. Manufacturing help must also be Canadian-based, though raw materials can be sourced internationally. Products designed here but made abroad are not allowed. - The Collective Presents a Cohesive Vision
Each member creates original, handcrafted work, and together the group comes together around a clear, cohesive point of view – whether through shared themes, materials, or creative practices.
