Contracted Items and New Products
To help maintain a balanced marketplace for exhibitors and visitors, only products approved in your show contract may be sold or displayed at the show. Products outside of your contracted categories may not be exhibited without prior approval.

New products or changes to contracted items are reviewed based on craftsmanship, production process, and the overall product mix at the show.
New Product Application Deadline: September 25, 2026.
All submissions will be reviewed by the Selection Committee after the deadline. Applicants will receive an email with the outcome shortly after, typically within 1–2 weeks of the deadline.
