Visit the Show Office if you have any questions or would like to speak with a member of our staff. Show Office location is Salon 110, accessible through the Galleria.

For your convenience, the Enercare Centre, SHOWTECH and Stronco will have order desks on-site to help you with any problems with your orders or if you would like to place any last-minute orders. Please contact a representative at their order desks with your requests or concerns.

IMPORTANT: Do NOT use your vehicles as storage or leave valuables in ANY of your vehicles at the show!

Personal Cars

Exhibitors may purchase prepaid parking passes to park their vehicles in a designated outdoor lot at the Enercare Centre at a discounted rate for exhibitors. Your passes will be ready for pick up during move-in at the Exhibitor Services Desk located on the loading dock. Note that parking is free in designated lots (lots coming soon) during move-in and move-out.

U-Hauls, Trailers, & Large Trucks

Empty trailers, hitches, U-Hauls or large trucks can be parked on-site. There is no charge to leave them in that area, however, there are no in-and-out privileges. Any vehicle attached to a trailer will require a valid parking pass.

RV Parking
RV Parking is available onsite during the One Of A Kind Show. Exhibitors are permitted to run generators, however there is no access to water or hydro. For more information and to confirm availability, please reach out to OOAK Operations ooakoperations@informa.com.

Product Storage

If you require product storage space, please consider the following:

• As per Fire Regulations, there will be absolutely no product storage on the Loading Docks. Items left there will be removed at the exhibitor’s expense and the exhibitor will be invoiced for a storage space, labour, and/or forklift service.
• Plan your storage arrangements well in advance as storage onsite is limited. Only purchase ONE storage space per exhibiting company. Storing products on the loading dock or any other space that is NOT your booth is not allowed.
• Each product storage space is approx. 36” x 60”. (Please note that standard shipping palettes are 48” x 40” and will NOT fit within our storage spaces). Your product may NOT exceed 5 feet in height.
• Storage spaces may be purchased on a first-come first-serve basis. Please plan ahead as the storage spaces are usually sold out before the Show.
  • 2025 Prices for your reference only : 11 Days: $180 + HST early bird pricing | $230 + HST after deadline. 5/6 Days: $132 + HST early bird pricing | $183 + HST after deadline.
• Once the transaction is processed, your product storage space is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Informa Canada Inc. is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage of any product while on the premises of the Enercare Centre and this includes the storage area. We strongly recommend that you contain your product in closed boxes labeled with your company name and booth number.

Crate Storage

Empty crates and boxes will be stored in a designated area that is within the Fire Regulations. Please ask the Back Door Staff when you arrive at the Show for the location on the Loading Dock and be sure to have your crates/boxes labeled.

You can enter and exit the show prior to opening at the exhibitor entrance. You may enter the show 2 hours before show opening each day with the exception of opening day when you can enter at 7:00am. Please use this entrance if you need to re-stock your booth. If you wish to enter an additional hour before show opening, please sign the security binder located in the show office the night before you wish to arrive early. The exhibitor entrance is located at the Hall B West Entrance at the south end of Row B. This door will allow you to bypass visitor crowds and get to your booth quickly, but you may also enter using any door that is open to the public.

Located in Salon 106, accessible at the bottom of Row D, this room is equipped with refrigerators, coffee machines, tea kettles, and microwaves, and a staff member will be here throughout the show. Make sure to bring your own mug! The exhibitor lounge is equipped with a cold water sink. The primary function of this sink is to be able to service coffee in the room. The sink is available for exhibitor use when not in use by OOAK staff. Please be courteous to your fellow exhibitors and make sure to clean up after yourself.

The Enercare Centre provides an optional booth cleaning service. Exhibitors can choose from either a one time service or a nightly service. To order booth cleaning, please refer to the Enercare Centre exhibitor services portal linked through the Service Order Forms Page.

The booth sitter list includes people interested in working at the show, along with their availability and experience. It's up to you to contact candidates and arrange hours, pay, etc. The booth sitter list will be available around one - two months before the show and is updated weekly.

Know someone who’d make a great booth sitter? Ask them to fill out the Be a Booth Sitter Form. They should have sales experience and be ready to share their availability and contact info.

You will need explicit consent in order to send news and info about your company to your e-newsletter list. To enhance the atmosphere during the Show, there will be limited announcements made over the PA system.

Please note that we will not be selling Gift Certificates/Show Dollars at the Winter show, however Show Dollars in circulation from previous years and Show Dollars received for promotional purposes will be honoured.

In the past, the One Of A Kind Show has distributed "One Of A Kind Show Dollars" which are valid as cash at the One Of A Kind Show. Show Dollars come in the form of $5, $10, $20, $50, $100 bills. See the samples pictured below so that you will recognize them. Should a customer redeem this money at your booth, please ensure that it has our embossed seal on it. You can then trade it in for cash on site at the Guest Services Desk outside the main entrance.

During move-in and move-out the Show floor can be a very dangerous area with vehicles, cherry pickers, and fork lifts moving through the aisles, and nails and other debris left in the aisles. According to the Occupational Health and Safety Act, absolutely no children aged 15 or under are allowed onto the show floor during these times.

We do not have complimentary childcare onsite during move-in & move-out. Exhibitors must make arrangements for their children to be cared for either in the galleria or offsite.
