The Enercare Centre provides an optional booth cleaning service. Exhibitors can choose from either a one time service or a nightly service. To order booth cleaning, please refer to the Enercare Centre exhibitor services portal linked through the Service Order Forms Page.

Please note that we will not be selling Gift Certificates/Show Dollars at the Winter show, however Show Dollars in circulation from previous years and Show Dollars received for promotional purposes will be honoured. In the past, the One Of A Kind Show has distributed "One Of A Kind Show Dollars" which are valid as cash at the One Of A Kind Show. Show Dollars come in the form of $5, $10, $20, $50, $100 bills. See the samples pictured below so that you will recognize them. Should a customer redeem this money at your booth, please ensure that it has our embossed seal on it. You can then trade it in for cash on site at the Guest Services Desk outside the main entrance.

All Flavours exhibitors are expected to abide by the food & beverage sampling/selling requirements set forth by the One Of A Kind Show, Toronto Public Health, and OVG Hospitality. Visit the Flavours page to review the requirements. Flavours exhibitors in the Christmas Market may only sell food and beverages for immediate consumption if this has been pre-approved by the One Of A Kind team and is clearly stated in their contracted items.

Any exhibitors interested in offering jewelry piercings or tattoos onsite at One Of A Kind, must get approval at least 60 days in advance from Show Management at ooakoperations@informa.com. Exhibitors must abide by all Toronto Public Health regulations as outlined in the Body Safe General Information (PDF) and the Body Safe Event Information (PDF). Exhibitors must also fill out Toronto Public Health’s Vendor Event Form (PDF). Exhibitors performing these services must have access to a hot/cold running water hand wash station. Please note that portable handwashing sinks must be able to supply hot (the hot water can be lukewarm but not cold) and cold water under pressure, must have a waste water tank, must have gauges, and the exhibitor along with OOAK must provide explanation to Toronto Public Health of where the waste water is disposed. In addition, the hand wash station must be equipped with liquid soap and paper towel or air dryer. Exhibitors may arrange to rent sinks from SHOWTECH within their booth space OR Exhibitors may be able to work with One Of A Kind to arrange a booth location within proximity of one of the venue’s public washrooms to utilize public sinks. All exhibitors must use alcohol based hand rubs with either Natural Product Number (NPN) or Drug Identification Number (DIN) within their booths. All instruments must be prepackaged, sterile and single use items Exhibitors must bring their own sharps container to collect and dispose of instruments. Exhibitors whose fixed premises are in Ontario, must provide proof (inspection report or a picture of pass sign) that their fixed premises have been inspected and received a satisfactory/pass results. The booth fee for the Christmas Market is 10% of sales before tax, with a minimum rent that varies depending on the hut or tabletop. By December 11, 2026, you must submit an Excel spreadsheet summarizing your final sales for invoicing purposes. If 10% of total sales exceeds the minimum rent amount, the difference will be invoiced at that time. Shortly before the show, you will receive an Excel template that you may use to submit your sales report. If you prefer to use your own format, that's perfectly fine, provided it includes the following information: Company name (for billing purposes) Contact name (first and last) Email address Daily revenue before tax for each day of the show, along with a grand total For questions about the pricing structure, please email admin@oneofakindshow.com. Lors du dépôt de vos articles, veuillez nous fournir une brève description de votre marque, en indiquant uniquement les points clés ! Joey Schooley, notre présentatrice du défilé, portera et présentera les articles des exposants pendant le salon. Elle se rendra personnellement sur les stands pour faire sa sélection. Si un de vos clients souhaite acheter un article vu lors du défilé, veuillez venir en coulisses juste après le défilé ; nous nous ferons un plaisir de le rapporter à votre stand. CONSEILS UTILES EXPOSITIONS COMPLÈTES ET 5 JOURS Les articles doivent être déposés au plus tard à 15 h le jour du montage final, le 26 novembre. Les articles reçus en retard pourraient ne pas être inclus. Il est recommandé de préemballer les articles que vous souhaitez présenter lors du défilé séparément de ceux exposés sur votre stand, même si nous pouvons les échanger ultérieurement. Cela vous permet de nous déposer vos articles en avance pour garantir votre place au salon. RETOURS pour les exposants du salon complet: les produits seront retournés à votre stand après le dernier défilé auquel ils ont participé. RETOURS pour les exposants de 5 jours: l'équipe du défilé vous retournera les articles après le salon. Vous pouvez également passer en coulisses pour les récupérer avant de quitter le salon. EXPOSANTS 6 JOURS Si vous avez envoyé un e-mail à l'avance, l'équipe du défilé se rendra sur votre stand le mardi matin pour sélectionner et récupérer les articles du défilé. Retours pour les exposants 6 jours: Les produits seront retournés sur votre stand après le dernier défilé auquel ils ont participé.

However, upholstered and stuffed articles sold in Ontario continue to be subject to applicable federal legislation including the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act and the Textile Labelling Act. This is the image that will represent your brand and give our customers a taste of what you do. File Specs: Files must be less than 2MB in size (max 2500 pixels in width or height), and in jpeg or png format. Anything beyond 2MB or 2500 pixels, you will see a blank screen upon upload, so please prepare your file accordingly before uploading.
