Pricing Structure, Christmas Market
The booth fee for the Christmas Market is 10% of sales before tax, with a minimum rent that varies depending on the hut or tabletop.By December 12, 2025, you must submit an Excel spreadsheet summarizing your final sales for invoicing purposes. If 10% of total sales exceeds the minimum rent amount, the final payment will be due on that date.For questions about the pricing structure, please email admin@oneofakindshow.com.For questions about your invoices, outstanding balances, or payments, please email ARInformaExhibitions@informa.com.
Dollies & Pallet Jacks, Move-In & Move-Out
A limited number of dollies and pallet jacks are available for use at the show during move-in and move-out, on a first-come, first-serve basis. They will be located adjacent to the Exhibitor Entrance in the loading dock area. To borrow a dolly or pallet jack, you must be wearing your exhibitor badge and you will be required to leave one piece of identification and your booth number with our staff. You will be responsible for the dolly or pallet jack--if lost, you will be charged the replacement cost (approx. $1,000). Please return the dollies promptly, as they are in great demand by other exhibitors. Alternatively, you may bring your own dolly or pallet jack or have your boxes or crates on wheels.NOTE: Dollies and pallet jacks are not allowed on the show floor during show hours and they are not allowed in the Galleria of the Enercare Centre at ANY time.
Booth Cleaning Service, Exhibitor Services
The Enercare Centre provides an optional booth cleaning service. Exhibitors can choose from either a one time service or a nightly service. To order booth cleaning, please refer to the Enercare Centre exhibitor services portal linked through the Service Order Forms Page.

Basic Structure & Actual Dimensions, Booth Design
Your booth will start as a raw space, with concrete floors and a pipe-and-drape structure. These can be the building blocks of your booth, but we encourage you to think about the ways you can elevate your space to create a polished and professional backdrop for your brand.You may notice that the internal dimensions of your booth space are slightly reduced to account for the pipe and drape structure, which is shared with your neighbors. Your entire display--including tables, chairs, merchandise, signage, walls, flooring and you and your staff--must fit within the confines of the booth size for which you have been contracted.New clause this year to give some clarity for your booth planning: "No display may be arranged so that an exhibitor must stand in the aisle to conduct business."

Copious, Mentorship Program
About Copious: Copious is an upcycling brand that works with stained, damaged, unwanted or donated fabrics. By repurposing these items and giving them new life, designer Carissa McCaig keeps them from landfills while creating new one-of-a-kind designs for her customers to fall in love with. The One of a Kind Show has been the centre point to building the Copious brand. It has allowed me to get in front of lots of people, both at the Spring & Winter show, give my products the chance to be really seen. I would not have succeeded at this show if it weren't for the makers who took me under their wing and helped guide me to the right way to sell at OOAK. I am overjoyed that the mentorship program is back, it really shows that we are about community over competition! EXHIBITOR BADGES, Tickets & Badges
Exhibitors can register their staff names in the Exhibitor Badge portal up until 5:00 PM ET, Friday, November 15, 2024. After that, any new names or changes must be made onsite.Exhibitor staff badges are exclusively for staff working in your booth during show days. If you wish to bring a family member or customer to visit the show, please use one of the complimentary admission tickets available in your e-ticket distribution portal (see details below this section).Please note the following about Exhibitor Staff Badges:Exhibitor staff badges allow the bearer access to show facilities during show move-in, show days and move-out.Exhibitor staff badges are exclusively for staff who will be working in your booth over the course of the show.Each badge must have a staff name listed on it (the word ‘Staff’ is not permitted and won’t be printed).Exhibitor staff badges will not only display First and Last Names along with Company Name, but you have the option to include Pronouns (eg, She/Her/Hers etc.)Exhibitor staff badges must be worn at all times and be clearly visible to security personnel who will scan your badge each time you enter the exhibit hall.Each Exhibitor has been allotted 6 complimentary badges. Additional badges can be purchased ($20.00 + HST ea.) either online from within the badge registration portal or onsite at the exhibitor badge desk located beside the Box Office. Refer to page 5 of the How-To PDF to learn how to buy badges online.If you have any staff helping you during move-in and/or move-out who will NOT work in the booth during show days, they don't need to be registered here. They will be issued temporary badges onsite during move-in/move-out.If you do not yet know all the staff who will be working in your booth during the show, you can register some names now before the deadline (5:00 PM ET, Friday, November 15, 2024) and the others onsite when you move in.Lost staff badges are subject to the following replacement fee: $20.00 + HST ea.
Flavours Exhibitors in the Christmas Market, Christmas Market
All Flavours exhibitors are expected to abide by the food & beverage sampling/selling requirements set forth by the One Of A Kind Show, Toronto Public Health, and OVG Hospitality. Visit the Flavours page to review the requirements.Flavours exhibitors in the Christmas Market may only sell food and beverages for immediate consumption if this has been pre-approved by the One Of A Kind team and is clearly stated in their contracted items. You can apply to sell food and drinks for immediate consumption through the New Product Application Form. In your application, be sure to indicate that your products are intended for immediate consumption.
Ceiling, Health & Safety
Exhibitors who wish to have a ceiling in their booth must first obtain permission from show management.Once permission has been granted, exhibitors with ceilings must adhere to the following:A covered roof/ceiling will require the material, whether fabric or a hard surface, be fire treated. (Green Dolphin provides a variety of fire treatment services).The fire treatment must be done before exhibitor move-in.Exhibitor must provide proof of fire treatment to show management before show opening.Exhibitor must provide their own 5 lbs. ABC fire extinguisher that is visible and accessible at all times within the booth during the show. Booth staff must be trained on its use by completing this online course: canadasafetycouncil.org/product/fire-safety/.

What is PR?Public Relations (PR) helps share a brand’s perception, story, and information to the public through various media channels, such as traditional media (i.e. online, print, broadcast) and social media. PR results can be seen through online and print articles, interviews, broadcast segments, and influencer campaigns, to name a few.The PR team at Mint works closely with the One Of A Kind team to help generate buzz and increase awareness around the Show. The PR team focuses on reaching local and national media outlets (i.e. CP24, CityNews, Toronto Star, etc.) to showcase the Show’s artisans, their businesses, and the stories behind them.Prior to and throughout the Show’s duration, the Mint team continuously communicates with the media about the Show and its artisans to create and coordinate potential opportunities. To make these opportunities happen, we may request that artisans participate in an interview (live/virtual/email q+a), provide more info on themselves or their business, or provide product for a segment or giveaway, and more. We love all the ways our vendors express their brands, showcase their creativity and make our show come to life with your booth displays each year. Your booth can be your best selling tool--drawing customers in, telling your story and showcasing off your work--so make it count! We’ve created this handy guide with basic requirements, best practices and extra credit ideas to really make your booth space pop! Booth building costs will vary, but you can start to get a sense of your estimated costs in this thread in the Facebook Group. View your booth costs through a long-term lens and think of each piece as an investment in growing your business with One Of A Kind. Costs should be amoretized over the years you will be able to use pieces to get a clearer picture of their value. Building a professional booth right out of the gate is a great way to jumpstart sales and customer engagement, but if you need to take it slow, follow booth design pro Diana Watters lead--think about what pieces will make the most impact up front and created a staged plan to invest in other aspects of your display over time.Looking to create or elevate your booth design? Booth Sitters, Exhibitor Services
The booth sitters list includes people interested in working at the show, along with their availability and experience. It's up to you to contact candidates and arrange hours, pay, etc. We usually receive submissions in the two months before the show, so check the list then.Know someone who’d make a great booth sitter? Ask them to fill out the Be a Booth Sitter Form. They should have sales experience and be ready to share their availability and contact info.
