Welcome to the Christmas Market!

This year’s new market features festive huts and curated holiday exclusives, creating a lively hub that attracts shoppers and delivers a magical experience. Now, let’s review the key logistics to help you make the most of it.

Booth Guidelines & Design

At One Of A Kind, your success is our priority—and a well-designed booth is one of the best ways to draw in customers and drive sales. Your booth should showcase your brand and serve as a strong sales tool. Read on to learn about guidelines and design inspiration.

General Guidelines

  • Electricity: Access is not included and must be arranged directly with the venue.

  • Wi-Fi: Complimentary Wi-Fi is available through the venue.

  • Signage & Display: Handwritten signs and grid walls are not permitted.

Hut Guidelines

  • Fire Safety: Exhibitors in huts are required to keep a 5lb ABC fire extinguisher within their booth.

  • Lighting: Lighting is mandatory but not included and must be arranged directly with the venue. Exhibitors who wish to rent through SHOWTECH (the in-house supplier) are encouraged to order one highbay installed directly overhead (rather than at an angle, as the eave can cast shadows inside the booth). Alternatively, exhibitors may bring and install their own lighting within their booth.

  • Hut Modifications: You may drill small holes and make other minor adjustments in order to install signage and/or lighting and decor. The structure is not intended to bear the weight of shelving/product storage. Please bring freestanding product storage to outfit the booth. Any other questions may be directed to ooakoperations@informa.com.

  • Hut Counter: The length of the counter can be adjusted (or the counter can be removed completely) upon request.

  • Corner Huts: Exhibitors may not use the outside corner wall. Items may only be placed on the window sill without hanging over the ledge. A second sign will be provided for the additional wall.

    • Windows measure 4’ x 4’, with the bottom edge 2’6” above the floor.

Tabletop Guidelines

  • Display and Height: All display elements must stay on the tabletop surface. Vertical displays are encouraged to maximize visibility, while keeping sightlines clear and space open to engage with customers.

  • Signage: No banners or signage may be hung. Official booth signs will be provided and affixed to counters.

  • Lighting: Overhead lighting is provided. Additional tabletop lighting may be brought or rented from SHOWTECH (electricity must be ordered).

  • Seating: A small stool is recommended for comfort in the compact space.

Flavours Exhibitors in the Christmas Market

All Flavours exhibitors are expected to abide by the food & beverage sampling/selling requirements set forth by the One Of A Kind Show, Toronto Public Health, and OVG Hospitality. Visit the Flavours page to review the requirements.

Flavours exhibitors in the Christmas Market may only sell food and beverages for immediate consumption if this has been pre-approved by the One Of A Kind team and is clearly stated in their contracted items.

Pricing Structure

The booth fee for the Christmas Market is 10% of sales before tax, with a minimum rent that varies depending on the hut or tabletop.

By December 12, 2025, you must submit an Excel spreadsheet summarizing your final sales for invoicing purposes. If 10% of total sales exceeds the minimum rent amount, the final payment will be due on that date.

For questions about the pricing structure, please email admin@oneofakindshow.com.

For questions about your invoices, outstanding balances, or payments, please email ARInformaExhibitions@informa.com.
