Safety & Respect at One Of A Kind
Our number one priority at One Of A Kind is to create an inspiring event that showcases creativity and craft and is an enjoyable experience for all.
Safety, security, an open, inclusive and respectful environment and zero tolerance for misbehaviour are fundamental to the show.
We do not tolerate violence, mistreatment, or any type of harassment towards staff, exhibitors, guests, or attendees at any of our events.
If you feel your or others safety is in question, please report directly to security onsite.
If you or someone else has been involved in an incident we should be aware of, please report this to One Of A Kind using the Incident Report link below.
You can make an anonymous report. We will not be able to follow up an anonymous report with you directly, but we will fully investigate and take necessary actions to prevent a recurrence. If you choose not to remain anonymous, a member of our team may reach out to you directly to discuss the incident further.
All violations of the law should be reported to local law enforcement. For emergencies, immediately dial 911. For non-emergencies, the Police Department is available at 416-808-2222.
One Of A Kind will investigate all incidents reported at our event with discretion and confidentiality. We reserve the right to bar any person who violates our Code of Conduct from attending any One Of A Kind event in its entirety or in part without refund.

Ticket Options
IMPORTANT FOR 2022: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
The event will take place at The Enercare Centre, 100 Princes’ Blvd, Toronto, ON M6K 3C3.
One Of A Kind Spring Show will make every effort to help ensure your time at One OF A Kind is enjoyable, fun, and, above all, safe.
We will follow all COVID governmental guidelines and legal allowances in place at the time of the show. Our health and safety measures will be updated based on current guidelines and can be viewed here.
The One Of A Kind visitors are also encouraged to familiarize themselves with the event’s code of conduct which governs the actions of our team and exhibitors as well.
General admission tickets will not permit re-admission or re-entry.
TIMED TICKETS:
To avoid congestion and to encourage physical distancing, we will implement timed ticket entry for our visitors this year. Each time slot will ensure we are adhering to capacity limits based on government guidelines. Please note that while timed tickets will guarantee entry into the show, but there may be additional wait times. More information about this will be released on our website in October.
CONTACTLESS TICKETING:
All tickets will be provided digitally. No tickets will be sold at the door, and we encourage everyone to pre-purchase tickets at oneofakindshow.com prior to attending the event. Upon entry, simply present your tickets on your mobile device. Alternatively, you may print out your digital ticket and present this at the door for scanning. There will be NO re-admission or re-entry passes at this year’s event.
To reduce contact, we will not be selling reusable shopping bags and gift certificates at this year's event. Previous purchases will be honoured. Thank you for your understanding.

$10.00 -Speed Shopping (7pm-9pm Wednesday to Saturday only). Valid for the day and entry time selected. No Re-Entry allowed.

Free - 5 and under; Children must be accompanied by an adult

$25, $50, $100 - OOAK Gift Certificates
Please note we will not be offering gift certificates for sale at the 2021 Winter Show. We will honour previously purchased gift certificates or gift certificates that have been previously won via contests. You will be able to pick up One Of A Kind Show Dollars when you are on-site at the event. Please follow the instructions provided for more information.

Attending the show from outside of Toronto? The GO x One Of A Kind combo ticket includes round trip GO Transit fare to and from Exhibition Station and admission to the One Of A Kind Winter Show.
Package Includes:
- Round-trip GO transit fare from any GO Station to the One Of A Kind Winter Show
- (Exhibition Station) One Of A Kind 2021 Winter Show admission
To make sure this ticket is right for you, please visit gotransit.com to compare the cost of your trip. Ticket bearers should board the train and present their ticket when fare inspections are conducted. Ticket holder does not need to go to the GO Transit Station Attendant to redeem fare.
Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Use is subject to Metrolinx By-Law No. 2.
