Welcome to the Vintage Section!

The Vintage Section is a curated destination featuring unique vintage sellers and one-of-a-kind finds. Now, let’s review the key logistics to help you prepare for the show.

Booth Guidelines & Design

At One Of A Kind, your success is our priority - and a well-designed booth is one of the best ways to draw in customers and drive sales. Your booth should showcase your brand and serve as a strong sales tool. Read on to learn about guidelines and design inspiration.

General Guidelines

  • Electricity: Access is not included and must be arranged directly with the venue.

  • Wi-Fi: Complimentary Wi-Fi is available through the venue.

  • Signage & Display: Handwritten signs, grid walls, and rummage bins are not permitted.

Booth Design

Your booth is your storefront at the show. A thoughtful display helps attract visitors, showcases your products, and tells your brand story.

For inspiration, explore our Best Booth Pinterest Boards and keep these design principles in mind:

  • Bright, focused lighting (lighting is mandatory for all exhibitors)
  • Effective use of vertical space
  • A clean, inviting layout that encourages shoppers to step in and browse

Need help planning your booth? Try the Booth Design Puzzle Teaser, created by visual merchandising expert (and friend of the show!) Ani Nersessian of VM ID.

Pricing Structure

The booth fee for the Vintage Section is 10% of sales before tax, with a minimum rent that varies depending on the booth size.

By December 11, 2026, you must submit an Excel spreadsheet summarizing your final sales for invoicing purposes. If 10% of total sales exceeds the minimum rent amount, the difference will be invoiced at that time.

Shortly before the show, you will receive an Excel template that you may use to submit your sales report. If you prefer to use your own format, that's perfectly fine, provided it includes the following information:

  • Company name (for billing purposes)
  • Contact name (first and last)
  • Email address
  • Daily revenue before tax for each day of the show, along with a grand total

For questions about the pricing structure, please email admin@oneofakindshow.com.

For questions about your invoices, outstanding balances, or payments, please email ARInformaExhibitions@informa.com.

Contracted Items & New Products

Only products approved in your show contract may be sold or displayed at the show. If you'd like to introduce new products or make changes to your contracted items, you must submit them for review by the Selection Committee before the September 25, 2026 deadline.
