If you are interested in ordering services before booth numbers are announced, here are a few tips on how to fill out some of the most common order forms:

One Of A Kind Spring Preliminary Budgeting Checklist

This should be used as a reference only; this is not the final pricing for these services as these rates are based on One Of A Kind Winter 2024. Anticipate up to a 5% increase for the winter show. All Service Order Forms will be available as of (Monday, February 10).

Insurance Considerations

Exhibitor insurance (minimum policy of $5,000,000.00 coverage) is mandatory for ALL Exhibitors.

Electrical Considerations

All exhibitors should plan on ordering electrical to power their POS systems, booth lighting, and any other electronics or appliances you may have as part of your booth design. Please be sure to order adequate power per number of electronics being plugged in.


750 watt outlet (starting from $210.00)

1500 watt outlet (starting from $230.00)


1500 watt outlet - Special placement or overhead (starting from $286.00)


1500 watt outlet 24 HRS (starting from $351.00)

Higher wattage outlets will be available through the Showtech portal

Shared outlets available for Rising Stars Exhibitors ONLY.

The most common requirements for exhibitors. This is placed at the back of your booth and power is available during show hours.

Consider this option if you have flooring in your booth, or otherwise have a layout that requires specific placement or a power drop from overhead.

Consider 24 hour power for fridges, freezers or other electronics that will need to stay powered overnight.

Lighting Considerations

All exhibitors should plan on lighting as part of their booth design as the overall show lighting may not be optimal brightness for shopping.

LED or Source 4 Par - ceiling mounted fixture (starting from $332)

Black arm light (starting from $138)

Each of these fixtures can cover approximately 10'x10'.


Arm lights must be secured to hard wall and cannot be secured to a draped booth. These should be placed approximately every 4'-5' along your back wall.

Hardwall Considerations

We encourage the use of a hardwall structure to provide a professional backdrop within your booth.

Flooring Considerations

The exhibit hall has a cement floor with electrical ports in it. You may bring carpet or another type of flooring to cover it.

Carpet available from Stronco (starting from $3.17 / sq ft)

Internet Considerations

Enercare Centre offers complimentary WI-FI services available to all exhibitors. This service is great for web browsing, email, social media. If you require internet access for remote access, VPN access, or high volume POS transactions, please consider ordering additional internet from the venue.

Parking Considerations

If purchased in advance, exhibitor parking rates are more cost-effective than the surface lot rates.

Material Handling Considerations

Forklifting services are an exclusive service onsite provided by Stronco. Please consider this service for easier move in to your booth if you are bringing large crates or pallets.

Storage Considerations

For exhibitors requiring additional storage space outside of their booths, onsite storage is available for purchase.

Storage - $130 +HST (early bird pricing)

Storage - $185 +HST (after early bird pricing deadline)

Storage Spaces are 36"x60". Products must be removed from their crate or skid in order to fit within the storage spaces.

Exhibitor Checklist

THINGS TO PLAN:

☑ Arrange shipping to the Enercare Centre.
☑ Contact Stronco to arrange for material handling to move your shipment to your booth.
Fireproof booth structure and floor covering in advance of move-in.
☑ Make travel and hotel reservations as early as possible to secure the best deals.
☑ Begin promoting your participation at the Show by sending out mailings or e-newsletters to your customers; Order Winter Show post cards and exhibitor tickets for your pre-show marketing (keep in mind CASL regulations).
☑ Have your artisan profile page completed for more exposure.
☑ Decide for $5,000,000 general liability insurance coverage for your booth.
☑ Arrange for complimentary child care (15 and under) if your children cannot be cared for off-site during move-in and move-out.
☑ Register for Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) number if you don't already have one.
☑ Hire booth sitters or sales staff.
☑ Check the artisan website to confirm your booth number, size and section.
☑ Determine your move-in day & time and your move-in options (how you plan to move-in, ie. loading dock, dolly to booth, valet service, etc.).
☑ Decide which products should be highlighted. Be sure to bring new work!
☑ Order shopping bags and product packaging.
☑ Organize debit and credit payment acceptance method.
