Payment Information

Your invoice will be emailed from InformaCanada.Billing@informa.com within 5 business days of signing your contract.

You will receive a credit card payment link from CreditControl@cc.Informa.com within 1–5 business days of receiving your invoice.

If you do not receive the payment link, please check your spam or junk folder. If you are still unable to locate it, contact ARInformaExhibitions@Informa.com to request a new link.

Payment Portal Instructions

For added security, you will be required to enter a one-time verification code when registering for the first time. Once registered, you will not need to enter the code again as long as you remain logged in.

If you require a receipt, please save or take a screenshot of the confirmation page after payment. Receipt copies cannot be emailed.

Beware of Fraud

Cybercrime is on the rise, and scammers may attempt to impersonate companies to redirect payments. If you receive a suspicious email, please contact us at admin@oneofakindshow.com before taking any action.

How to stay secure:

• Verify the sender's email address. Payment-related emails from One Of A Kind will only come from CreditControl@cc.Informa.com or ARInformaExhibitions@Informa.com.
• Be cautious of emails asking you to download attachments, run programs, or send payments via e-transfer. One Of A Kind will never request payment this way.
• Never share personal or financial information unless you are certain the request is legitimate.
• If you're unsure about any payment communication, contact us and we'll verify its authenticity.
